This workshop gives managers with relatively little formal marketing training a solid overview of the entire marketing process.
In the generation that will soon replace senior managers and leaders, there aren't as many people and there are even fewer of “the right people”. Result: competition will be intense, and companies that already have good people in place will do everything they can to keep them. Successful organizations need to begin identifying candidates for future international leadership roles today. They need to help candidates become knowledgeable and skilled at responding to changes in doing business globally, creating and delivering value and making the right decisions to move the organization forward toward its objectives.
