Direct reports to the CEO, Managing Director or Country Manager etc.

What business issues will we address?

The largest international companies often have a dedicated team to do due diligence, i.e. the risk assessment on a potential acquisition or takeover target. Most other international companies rely on the direct reports to CEO. These direct reports need to learn how to do a due diligence and what are the standards and best practices.
