An organization's structure, people processes and policies can be the greatest help or the greatest hindrance in achieving strategic objectives, depending on how well they are configured to that organization's strategic requirements. So many change efforts fail, not for lack of effort but for lack of focus and alignment. A focused, systemic approach to organization development is needed to keep the change effort on track and realize strategic goals.
This workshop is built around two 4-day modules, but also includes virtual events and virtual coaching from your facilitator, who is an experienced former senior manager. Over several months you will work on your HR related business project, applying what you have learned and benefiting from the coaching and experience of your facilitator and your fellow participants. You will execute your business project and you will learn the different management disciplines you need to successfully manage other projects in the future.
