Managing Client Projects

Who is it for?
Managers who are responsible for implementing client solutions through a dedicated client project team, especially teams located at the client site. Includes project, programme and key account managers. This workshop assumes you are familiar with basic project management concepts.

One of the most difficult challenges in selling customer-specific solutions is the complex business of delivering the solution to the client through a cross-functional client project team once the deal is sold.
