Who is it for?
Managers who need to maintain tight control over suppliers of goods & services including - partners and outside suppliers, vendors, consultants, subcontractors, free-lancers and dealers. As a manager you use these suppliers to make your team, department or unit strategy gets implemented. [Note: this is not a workshop for Purchasing Managers who need to manage overall costs and contracts]

You will learn about the issues surrounding the management of vendors, sub-contractors, distributors, and both internally and externally outsourced activities that are all vital to the success of your business unit or department. You will learn how to set up workable arrangements that satisfy the need for high service levels at an acceptable cost.
