The customer doesn't shop here any more!

Consumers of all ages are changing the way they watch, read and listen. They exchange traditional media to surf and chat online, play games or roam through virtual worlds. Most consume, some produce, and all “zap” the ads that are served. Faced with this new reality, many brands, media and agencies are at a loss. The old ways are clearly seeing their end, yet the new directions have not yet been set. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of media and marketing investments is plummeting.
