Who is it for?

Middle and upper-level managers who have responsibility for a single function or team of people.

You must align your unit’s strategy to the corporate strategy. You need to secure senior management support, as well as the collaboration of peers, suppliers and customers in order for the strategy to work. What should you as a leader do?

You will be better able to develop the skills and behaviour your team members need. You will be better able to set strategic goals and cascade these down to individual objectives. Through action-planning and implementation of the above, you will build over time the right relationships and culture to support your strategy.
