Over a period of twenty years, Adrian Smith has gained considerable insight in financial decision – processes in the corporate world. He started his career in the Audit Department of a large international Accounting firm and held in his last position responsibilities as Group CFO and SVP of an US Public Company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Adrian brings to MCE’s curriculum his knowledge in the management of Multi Country European financial operations, Merger and Acquisitions, Business repositioning and has in-depth knowledge of the medical device market (MedTech).

Alfons spent most of his career in business-to-business sales and marketing positions with internationally reputed companies. He worked for pharmaceutical, FMCG and industrial goods companies and in the services industry. Alongside his experience in marketing, sales and customer service, Alfons brings his expertise in management skills, change management, business strategy and e-business.

Andreas Benkowitz brings to MCE his 15 years of international corporate experience with Microsoft. Throughout his career, Andreas specialised in the areas of people strategy, talent management, leadership development and organisational development.

Anna is a qualified trainer certified in MBTI, FIRO-B, and MSCEIT. She brings a unique perspective to leadership training because of her international and multi-cultural perspective. Anna worked on a strategic partnership between the World Economic Forum (WEF) and VimpelCom. She also worked at the Global Mobile Telecoms Association Board of Directors (GSMA) where she supported the Chairman of the Board, and finally in Chairman’s Office of VimpelCom (sixth largest mobile operator in the world), exposing her to some of the most high level pressing issues facing business and industry today.

Ariane's expertise in global HR competence, leadership and strategy has been built in a diversified, international career in both line HR responsibilities and top-level strategy consulting. She has designed and implemented high performance culture strategies, talent identification and development programs, succession management systems and HR shared service centers. Particular focus has been on international mobility and retention. Ariane is focused on engineering and professional services industries, with additional experience in consumer products and health care.

Claude Lubicki (CL) is a seasoned and astute Commercial Leader who operated both operationally and strategically. Claude has over 20 years experience in pharma, serving 15 years abroad justifying a global experience and geographic / cultural diversity. He has a track record of success both at HQ and local level.Claude is experienced in Marketing (global and local launches/ prelaunches/ Life Cycle Management), Market Access programmes, Business Start-up (affiliates & Business Units), P&L Management and Business turnaround Management, Business Development and Licensing, Consultancy in the biotech arena. He has also experience in change management, the leadership of integration programmes following M&A (Director Level) and leading matrix structures.

Corinne has garnered deep expertise in R&D and Project management along with Strategic Alliances identification and Business Development in the health sector. Corinne has almost 20 years experience in pharma and biotech, at operational and strategic levels. Her area of expertise includes drug candidate development (NCEs and biologics), in vitro diagnostic, vaccines, biomarkers, nutraceuticals, food-processing, veterinary health and bioprocesses. She has also strong experience in change management, R&D processes harmonization, leadership of integration programs following M&A operations and leading matrix structures.
