He developed an expertise for creating innovative systems for logistics handling of reimbursement pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, he developed marketing strategies for many original and generic pharmaceuticals (branded generics) not only for regional markets, but also for international markets.

Birgit Fibian has more than sixteen years of sales experience in medical device businesses and led international marketing teams. Most notably, her managerial work consisted of building, restructuring and merging product portfolios in the pharma - industry. This included among other responsibilities branding, market positioning and product-life cycle-management.

Ehab’s expertise in leadership, strategy and business and organizational development has been built over a 20 year career in key sales, marketing and general management roles, including several regional positions with ‘Motorola’ and ‘Fosroc’, a former subsidiary of Castrol Oil. He has an in-depth knowledge of various market segments from the business market environment with industrial consumables and equipment to mass media data processing equipment and graphic arts industries. He also has extensive experience in leading and achieving results through people.

Harald Lux joins MCE with over 35 years of international corporate experience in the distribution and retail industry of hardware and home improvement. Harald combines his strategic marketing and procurement expertise with a strong sense of entrepreneurship, business development and natural leadership. He joined the OBI/LUX Group in 1970 which, today, is a leading chain of over 500 home centre stores in Europe and a fast growing distribution company for hardware and hand tools.
