Over a period of twenty years, Adrian Smith has gained considerable insight in financial decision – processes in the corporate world. He started his career in the Audit Department of a large international Accounting firm and held in his last position responsibilities as Group CFO and SVP of an US Public Company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Adrian brings to MCE’s curriculum his knowledge in the management of Multi Country European financial operations, Merger and Acquisitions, Business repositioning and has in-depth knowledge of the medical device market (MedTech).

Alexander Andreev’s expertise in brand management and strategy execution has been built over a 15 year career in key marketing and general management roles, including several regional Vice President and CEO positions with international pharmaceutical companies such as ICN Pharmaceuticals (now part of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International), Protek, and Nizhparm (Stada). He developed an expertise for creating innovative systems for logistics handling of reimbursement pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, he developed marketing strategies for many original and generic pharmaceuticals (branded generics) not only for regional markets, but also for international markets.

Alexander Teixeira de Mattos brings to MCE’s managerial curriculum his wide experience with pharmaceutical, FMCG, industrial goods companies as well as with the services industry. He invests himself in people and change management and shares his expertise in teams and team leadership skills, negotiation skills, business communication practices and cultural awareness, relying on his project management and organisational skills.

Alfons spent most of his career in business-to-business sales and marketing positions with internationally reputed companies. He worked for pharmaceutical, FMCG and industrial goods companies and in the services industry. Alongside his experience in marketing, sales and customer service, Alfons brings his expertise in management skills, change management, business strategy and e-business.

Amedeo Decoro is an International Executive with experience as a Human Resources Strategic Business Partner in the Automotive, Watch, Machinery, Telecommunication and Healthcare Industry and with exposure in General Management. He brings to MCE his in-depth expertise in HR Strategy Design & Implementation, Organizational and Leadership Development, Consulting & Executive Coaching, Interpersonal Skills and Team Dynamics, Intercultural Skills, Change Management and Corporate Culture.

Andreas Albrecht has over 20 years of senior management experience as controller and CFO for international companies such as Nixdorf, ABB and Schindler. Andreas specialises in project management and business consultancy services on behalf of MCE in the areas of financial management, process optimization, and business intelligence.

Andreas Benkowitz brings to MCE his 15 years of international corporate experience with Microsoft. Throughout his career, Andreas specialised in the areas of people strategy, talent management, leadership development and organisational development.

André-Jean Martinez specialises in customer management, advanced negotiation and retail salesforce which he brings to MCE’s sales and marketing curriculum. He has 25 years business experience in various sales and marketing leadership positions at large multinational corporations such as Pepsi-Cola International, Group Danone, and Nestlé Group. He has broad experience and special knowledge in the food industry. He has worked in US, Europe and Asia.
