I confirm this registration and accept that the following fees will apply in case my company makes any modification (unless there is a special written agreement between my Company and MCE, which overrides this policy):

If I cancel or change my registration more than 45 calendar days before the start of the workshop, there is a charge of € 150 to:

• Cancel my registration, or to
• Transfer to another workshop, or to
• Register another colleague in my place.

If I cancel or change my registration 45 calendar days or less before the start of the workshop, the charges are as follows:

• 100% of the Registration Fee will apply for cancellation of attendance
• € 500 will be charged for transfer to another workshop
• € 150 will be charged to register another colleague in my place.
